**Schedule grids** define when your pet business can receive appointments. They organize working days, time windows, capacity, attendance type and available services.

Use this area to create grids, link services, configure weekdays, capacity and exceptions such as holidays, maintenance, vacations or reduced staff.

## Attendance types
- **Scheduled time:** fixed time blocks with interval and capacity per slot.
