How to add a schedule grid

Add a schedule grid to tell PetHub when a service can be booked and what capacity the operation can handle.

🚀 Step by step

1. Open Schedule grids.
2. Click New grid.
3. Fill in the grid name.
4. Select the attendance type.
5. Enter default start and end time. For overnight, use entry and exit when available.
6. Configure interval between time slots for scheduled-time services.
7. Define capacity by slot, day or overnight according to the attendance type.
8. Link only the services that can be booked through this grid.
9. Review weekdays and customize day windows when needed.
10. Keep the grid active to release new appointments.
11. Save the record.

The grid is created and controls availability for the linked services.
