How to add a product

Add a product to control an item sold, used or tracked by your operation.

Before you start

• Define the product name.
• Have category, unit, cost price and sale price when applicable.
• Add the supplier first if you want to link it.

🚀 Step by step

1. Open Products.
2. Click Add Product.
3. In identification, fill in Product Name.
4. Add Category, Unit, SKU and Barcode when used.
5. In prices, fill in Cost Price and Sale Price.
6. In stock, add Current Stock, Minimum Stock and Maximum Stock.
7. Select the Supplier, if there is one.
8. Keep the product Active when it should be available.
9. Save the record.

✅ Expected result

The product appears in the list and is available according to its status.
