How to edit, deactivate and adjust pricing rules for a service

Edit a service when name, price, category, commercial rules or status change. Deactivate it when it should no longer be selected in new appointments or sales.

🚀 Step by step

1. Open Services.
2. Search for the service by name.
3. Open the record and click Edit.
4. Update name, description, base price, catalog type, revenue category or no-show policy.
5. In pet-based pricing rules, add a rule to vary price by size, coat, weight or breed.
6. In complementary services, configure suggestions such as always suggest, suggest if never consumed or suggest by interval.
7. To stop using the service, turn off the active status.
8. Save the changes.

✅ Expected result

The service is updated, has adjusted commercial rules or is inactive for new use.

⚠️ If something goes wrong

If you see a pending pricing rule warning, finish, save or cancel the rule before saving the service.
